The team at the Leeds Create branch are amazing, they are very accommodating with appointment times so I could work around my job. More importantly, they really cared about me and the process, they understand how hard the whole journey can be and are full of empathy and down to earth, explaining everything fully. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I now a have a wonderful 9 week old boy.
Amazing experience. Answered any questions we had and were there every step of the way. There was no pressure to do anything we didn't want we decided against certain procedures/checks and felt at ease with everything. All the staff we met were the friendliest people and we couldn't have asked for a better journey with them. It's resulted in our gorgeous little boy and we couldn't be happier! I've already recommended Create twice, with one following through and choosing create gif their journey too.
I'm not sure why my positive feedback has not been visible on google since a few months ago. Anyhow, I am now ready to go. I hope Zara is still there,, she did my blood drawn professionally and is skilled, even though I have a small vein.
My husband and I can’t thank Create Fertility enough for the wonderful care we received throughout our IVF journey. We felt that our treatment was tailored to us throughout, and found that all the staff have a wealth of experience as well as being lovely to deal with. We were delighted to fall pregnant on our first round of IVF, and have just welcomed our first precious baby to the world. We are forever grateful!
Friendly caring staff My husband and I found Create after looking at alot if clinics but not getting a good feeling from any of them. From my first appointment we knew this the clinic for us. We currently on our 3rd cycle of the 3 cycle package. Our experience so far has been great. All the staff are really friendly, caring and made us feel very welcome.
The best decision you'll ever make! After years of a one size fits all approach at other clinics, Create was a refreshing change. They listened to us, adapted the treatment to suit our circumstances and after only one cycle we got our miracle rainbow baby. We can never thank them enough!
