Great service, arrived on time, good price no issue at all.
Great company arrived within minutes.
Would give this zero stars but unfortunately i cant...i Ordered a taxi 10mins before finishing work at 11pm so it'd be ready for me to jump straight into - as I work in a pub an waiting around alone isn't a sensible idea...after waiting 20mins I realised the taxi wasn't coming....so started the 2mile walk home instead. Tried calling the taxi company to cancel my taxi - rang 4 times unsuccesfully...on the fifth call I managed to speak to the miserable operator who was full of attitude at me cancelling!! This happened a few weeks before, we had a disabled customer who wanted a taxi home, so I called this company - informed them of his disability and requested a taxi to pick him up an take him home asap...an hour later they turned up..the poor man had finally walked home himself. Absolutely disgraceful company and even worse customer service...will NEVER even attempt dialing their number in future...I'd rather walk...even at 11pm, in the dark, on my own!
We ordered in plenty of time for a restaurant booking ... Didn't even turn up after an hour of waiting and many phone calls, then lied every time saying it was 2 minutes away ... would never use again
Would give zero stars if i could. Rang up to order a taxi and was met with a rude and arrogant operator. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
Miserable driver, tutting and sighing the whole journey back, not happy we asked for a 5 seater and were sent a 4 seater so not everyone could get home, would not recommend, especially as they were late!!!
Great taxis , great service and great staff always pleasant and always help with your shopping or luggage
Always had good service and been on time for pre-bookings
