Just didn't turn up and when I called them to see where they were the man on the phone was very nonchalant and told me he wasn't coming anymore ! Not a great business model.

Well, I almost didn't use this taxi firm because of the negative reviews here but I found them brilliant. I booked in advance (the Friday before) and spoke to a very helpful manager. We agreed the price (for 5 of us). On the Saturday night, late, my party was running over time so I rang them up and they agreed to a 30 minute extension without any hassle. They then arrived on time, picked us up from the restaurant, and took us home at the agreed price. So for me, this was very good service. One point for the taxi firm - are you called Fairways or Fourways (which was on the car) or both!? Important for reviews?

Went to travel for business and not local to Warwick. Called Fairway Taxis to Book a Taxi and advised agent clearly of time and location, but did not turn up. Called to ask why and agent picked up the phone and said " You didn't even call us, let alone book one". I said I did but the agent rudely said no you didn't and that I was lying? I then said fine leave it, and then told me to F**K Off and abruptly hung up. Disgraceful, pathetic and Shocking. Called Castle Cars who were polite and sent a taxi within 10 mins.

Got me home safely. Man very nice but 30 mins late. Had to wait in cold. Good service from driver. Warwick gates to Asda £ 7.50

Stay away from these bunch of cowboys, my son booked at 10.00 pm too take him to work at 10.45 pm to get him to work. Taxi driver turned up at 11.05 and made my son late for work, no apology and still charged, we will never use this company again.
