Ordered a Adastra H25 from Astounded. It was out of stock at the time but they got in touch to tell me this and asked if I would be happy to place the order and receive it as soon as they had a delivery. Also there was an additional £10 charge for delivery outside mainland UK that needed to be paid. However I was in no rush and it was still the best price I could find for the item so I was still a very happy customer. The service was extremely helpful and friendly - highly recommended!

Fantastic store. Technical knowledge is unsurpassed by any of the other companies I've dealt with. Astounded are friendly and knowledgeable. If you're not a tech-head (as I'm not) these chaps are fantastic at giving you a full consultation, addressing your needs and finding the best solution to fit you. 10 out of 10, guys!
