Nice, clean and functional with a contemporary design. The location is close enough to Birmingham to enjoy city life, but close to the ring road for easy motorway access. Theres a young fell about the area as its surrounded by a number of universities. I wouldn't recommend the room service as my pizza was burnt, but the breakfast was varied and constantly replenished
completed a placement here in the college of health and life sciences , was a memorable experience I will never forget. Supportive colleagues and teamwork got me through it
I visited Aston University for 3 months and I really enjoyed it. The people are very nice and friendly. It has an international atmosphere. Lecturers are very good. The campus is beautiful, especially the lake and the birds. The location of university is great, it's close to city centre.
Had the pleasure of being taught employment law by Jonathan Finn at my final year here at Aston. He is the most thoughtful and caring teacher I have ever had. Not only did he support me and my journey whilst going through struggles in my personal life, he also helped me find a passion in employment law. His great lessons and compassion will definitely take him very far and I am so happy that I was able to be taught by him. Thank you so much Jonathan!

When I studied there in 2012 I was verbally attacked by one of the lecturers. I tried to form an official complaint but the department tried to stop me telling me that my grades will depend upon my next move and it will not be in my advantage to do so.
Honestly, screw this university and everything it stands for. I mean Jesus, the undergraduate admissions officer, Helen is extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional, she deserves to be fired. I applied to Aston University in 2024 to do computer science. Believe me, she will be the bane of your existence, and won't give me the proper reason, other than vague ones for being "rejected", I emailed her asking her why, but she keeps cherry-picking, one minute. She says my predicted grades even though they're high enough to do the course are the reason, then takes a 180 and says it's because of my qualifications. She's very unprofessional, and the fun fact is she doesn't even represent the engineering department.
When I visited this place, I thought it was all Owned by Unite students. Later saw that property and campus area was good enough.
It’s very cozy room and friendly staff nearby town centre and everything I will be back again
