This is my third, and last, time of visiting. Each time the service has been poor, letting down the excellent food. Waited ages to take our order. App didn't work. Had a voucher for a free drink, which apparently had run out, until I asked for a substitute, then some was miraculously found. Got to the end of the meal and the coffee machine had been turned off! Took cash but said they had no change. Fortunately, there are many other Italian restaurants.
Went here with my partner for a lovely meal. We were made to feel very welcome as we came in. The staff were all very happy and made sure we got our food how we ordered my partner is vegetarian. The tables were clean and set very neat. The drinks were made very well and you could tell there was lots of effort put into it strawberry mock tail. Didn’t have to wait long for the food to come out. It was very nicely decorated.
Me and my mother came here yeaterday afternoon and it was Awesome food, great service and team and great atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back.
I am a frequent visitor at ASK Italian, no matter where I am. What I love the most about the chain is their consistency, and unbeatable prices, especially with my tastecard. I have been to the Worthing restaurant a handful of times in the past couple of months, and their staff is always very kind, friendly, attentive and efficient.
Not been to ask for many years as usually not a fan of main stream Italian restaurants, but was pleasantly surprised here. Was my sister's 40th birthday and we had a big family meal here booked in advance. They were happy for us to do balloons and decorate the table. Very good service, was a busy Friday night but service was immaculate and couldn't have asked for better. Food was delicious, not one complaint at all from anyone and we had a variety of food. Personally loved the oven baked butterfly prawns to start, they were delicious. Had chicken and pancetta pizza for main with zucchini fries and again top notch. Highly recommended and thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience.
Wow, where do I start. I have to say I was absolutely shocked by the staff in the kitchen. I was facing the counter the cook was eating himself then licking his fingers when preping the food not good at all. Now the food, Starter not available, main my husbands pizza dough was under cooked and also the vegetable toppings not cooked. The waitress explained it was a set price in the Christmas set meal and would he like a complementary coffee for the disappointment. I couldn't get out of the restaurant quick enough £55 spent and to be hungry won't be returning. Hygiene is very bad avoid the place.
Food was very bland. Bruchetta was nasty - the tomatoes were stone cold and tasted too tangy & the bread was horrible. Potatoes and seabass were over cooked. The service was very poor and the restaurant was very cold. They seem to have arctic cold air blowing out of the air con units in the winter and they seated me near a draughty door!! Coffee machine turned off at 8.30pm yet they open til 10. It was also too noisy in there. Not a pleasant experience at all and would not recommend.
The slowest service I've had for a long time. Such a shame. The atmosphere was good and the starters were good. As for the main courses... well it was very bland which is a big shame after a good starter. We waited an hour and a half to get some tap water!!!! Despite asking 3 times and all of the empties were left on the table throughout the meal. Just very poor service :-
Clean, bright, welcoming. Friendly, cheerful staff. Quick service. Limited vegan/gf options, but some nonetheless.
My family wanted to try something different so we ordered food from this take away. The food arrived hot and looked spectacular. When we ate it, it was delicious. It melted in the mouth. Me and two of my children had pasta dishes which were the best I had ever had. My eldest Don any my husband had pizza's which were also brilliant. We will definitely be ordering from there again.
