Been going here for years. The food is never disappointing. The staff there are always friendly. Most weekends are very busy but weekdays tend to be more relaxed

The staff never smiled once and almost threw the plates down on our table. The food appears to be microwaved, it came out within five minutes of ordering. I know it's an all you can eat restaurant, so do kind of expect a difference in the quality of food, but this was just poor. Used to go here years ago and loved it, but not anymore.

Very nice surroundings and food, experience spoilt by unfriendly, miserable looking staff which was a shame as my 11 yr old twin granddaughters chose it to spend their birthday evening 😕
