We had a wonderfully pleasant time here. The staff were firstly friendly and kind. The food arrived quickly and was reasonably priced and tasty. The atmosphere was lovey and it wasn’t too busy at all. I’d definitely come back here and I’d recommend it!
Visited here without prebooking and were greeted by helpful staff and seated straight away. Staff were all pleasant and orders arrived promptly.nnThe premises were a little noisy, with the sound of other diners seeming to echo, which made it a little difficult to hear what the staff were saying when taking orders.nnFood was lovely and well presented. My only issue was the portion size for the price paid. The sides were fine, but I felt the mains would have been better with a bit more of the vegetables accompanying the fish. We also ordered a pizza, which was a reasonable size, just a little bit more than I would expect to pay. We enjoyed the food, just would have liked a little more! Maybe it is a ploy to make sure you have room left for desserts, but spending over £50 for 2 people for a drink, side and main each was enough of a treat.
Wonderful atmosphere in ASK. Despite being very busy, the staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We were served by Emily and Ed who were both very friendly and welcoming and made our meal out all the more enjoyable. The food was delicious, not a single fault to be said.
We stopped here on our way to Collingham and we didnt have a reservation, they put up a table for us very quickly and the place was crowded. The staff were very nice and friendly and always smiling. The food was delicious and would recommend this place to anyone
From the moment we entered, to the moment we left, the staff were friendly, welcoming, obliging, efficient and attentive. Welcome lemon drink was a nice treat too. To start we shared olives, and calamari which was lovely. Pasta mains all round - the nduja was sublime. My ravioli with truffle butter was very nice but on the small side I'd say, particularly compared with other pasta mains. Desserts finished the meal nicely. The coffee and mini dessert was a good option , i had a flat white and tiramisu for a fiver - the perfect size for me, and good value. A lovely meal
