As someone with OCD, it was lovely to be greeted by an aesthetic; modern; and exceptionally clean showroom. The staff I met were friendly and approachable. Rob was my guy, who sold me a beautiful TT, with no added pressure. I probably bought one of the cheapest cars available, but was still treated as if I was buying one of Ashtons’ many stunning, luxury vehicles. The Astons Team MOT’d and serviced the car within days, ready for me to collect. The 5-star treatment continued, as I had some minor issues you wouldn’t notice unless you lived with the car: a few leaky seals; and needing a little air-con recharge. Each time I spoke with Rob, he knew who he was speaking to straight away; he got the car back in almost immediately; lent me the Aston’s Up; and fixed the issues in days. Strongly recommend.
Buying from used car dealers, even prestige ones, can be a minefield but Ashtons are the example others should aspire to. I had absolutely superb experience buying my car with them, the communication was excellent from initial contact and throughout the lockdown. Even though we had an issue with the transaction initially, they were very understanding and helpful in getting it resolved. I came away with a truly exceptional car I intend on keeping for a long time. Despite being 300miles from me, I wouldn't hesitate in travelling that distance again to visit when looking for another car.
A breath of fresh air. A fair price for the car and the part ex. The car was presented really well compared to others we looked at. Rob was helpful and accommodating with no pressure selling. Despite some unavoidable delays to collection, we were kept informed throughout - delighted with my new car.
Fantastic service from start to finish! The service, the communication and the exact detail of the description of the car Lexus RCF which was described as MINT CONDITION was exactly that. These guys are way in front in their customer service and knowledge than any main dealers that I have dealt with in the last 12 months. Will definitely and have been recommending.
Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided a full video presentation of the vehicle and I had no hesitation in travelling the 590 miles. No surprises, deal concluded easily and I have no hesitation in recommending Ashtons.

Rob and Ollie were courteous and helpful throughout the whole process reassuring me that I could reject the car for any reason if I wasn’t completely happy. In the event, the car was exactly as advertised and prepared to a very high standard. They even opened on a Sunday to help me with the collection. I would certainly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
