Sat outside in the sun. Lovely setting. Decent menu, food well prepared and good portions. Service felt a little stretched and our servers didn't pick up on a few basic things, like lack of cutlery or condinents. Nevertheless, a decent pub and overall, I would recommend.

Invited out to Ashlea for Sunday lunch. Staff prompt friendly and efficient and food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Veg were tasty, freshly done and not overcooked. Would have scored a 5 star but for 2 things. My roast pork should have come with Apple which sadly it didn't. Presume it was an oversight as my husband said he'd had Apple on his dinner. Second was to do with the quality of the roast pork - I had to cut off a deep margin of fat from all the slices on my plate. Bit disappointing. Might go back on another occasion and give it another go....

Food not up to previous standards. Roast potatoes not cooked all the way through. Yorkshire puddings tasteless biscuits. Other meals under cooked and not great presentation of the food. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Environment clean and tidy.

It's a nice enough pub. The staff are pleasant and there are usually a couple of guest beers on, all well kept. Food is as you'd expect for a chain pub of this type. It's spacious, but can still fill. One thing to note is that there is a pay and display car park, so you need change, but this is refunded against a purchase

This is a lovely quiet pub restaurant that does a mean burger and various other meals. The size is actually well spread out which is great for larger parties as well as smaller groups. There is seating outside for brighter days and a decently priced carpark which is free on Sundays. Well worth a visit for a quiet meal and chat over a few drinks in a nice warm atmosphere!
