Very nice surgery & staff, I’ve visited multiple times since registering our rats with them, and they’re very knowledgable with two exotics specialists on hand. Surgery is clean and fresh.

Absolutely fuming!!! My friends dog unfortunately got put down and they were meant to put her in the freezer but instead left her on the floor for 2 days because she was ‘too heavy’ then when she was meant to be sent to get cremated, they sent her to the wrong crematorium in Northampton instead of Nottingham and when her mum asked to get her back the best they could do is send the cleaner who threw her in a bag and chucked her in the back of the car, she was covered in her own faeces and crushed. Absolute joke.

For me a well located place easy to get to....staff are pleasant and attentive...my cat says he would rather stay away!!
