I went to buy a present for my wife, the manager of the shop directed me to some great choices. I was very happy with the customer service and variety of choices. Highly recommended.
Awful customer service and quality of the sneakers. They 're poorly made In Italy yes, but in a Chinese factory my friend was working for them.. this shoes shouldn't be so expensive at all, they demaged so easily. What a shame.

Terrible customer service. Manager refused, rudely, to refund a very expensive, broken bag. This is despite a legal obligation to do so. Think twice before buy from here, much better to buy from online store they refund without a problem!.
Horrible, not attentive service, sorry for disturbing!
