I am sitting here and can see the entrance doors are impossible for people with pushchairs and wheelchairs hand causing difficulty for others leaving with takeaway drinks. Staff obviously too busy to assist. Piece of carpet by door also causes prams and chairs problems. The next let down is the toilets. They stink. What they need is a good clean including walls and pipes. Such a let down in a nice little place. Staff only friendly. So to the lady who was near me on phone wanting torn couch to be fixed I think there are more pressing issues...

Popular place although better independent cafes elsewhere. Toilets are clean although a bit of schlepp upstairs. Disabled toilets on ground floor though. Bit of a surreal crowd in the outside seats and one tended in the past to get pestered for spare cigarettes but that seems to have lessened.

Lovely cafe with airy feel. Always enjoy coming to Nero...and double shots as standard - means you can taste the coffee ☕ 😊

With reference to the Wrexham branch of Cafe Nero. I visited my local cafe today for probably the first-time in approximately 12 months and after todays experience i know why I had not frequented recently! Upon entering the premises I made my way to the conveinences only to find the toilet on the ground floor had no lock?so I made made my way up stairs to the toilets located on the first floor to find they were secured with a key code type lock?so I made my way back down stairs to the staff area and enquired how i may use their conveinences to which the convoluted key code sequence was passed on to me and I made my way back up stairs. I eventually entered the facilities with the help of a fellow customer and after using the facilities made my way down stairs again,to order a drink.I waited to be served and placed my order with the staff and whilst waiting enquired as to why there were so many measures just to use the toilets?to which my reply was"its because of the homeless fraternity abusing the toilets"!!I used to visit this branch on a weekly basis sometimes more than once a week,after today it maybe another 12 months!the lack of hygiene and the rather tatty appearance of the premises I could of forgiven but when I was sitting down I noticed someone actually standing guard in front of the down stairs facilities whilst their partner was using them!!!All of these circumstances added up to rather unpleasant experience, nothing like how I use to remember the best Cafe in Wrexham! May I suggest your company consider moving your premises?as the location and the un-savoury clientele seem to be demeaning your company's reputation for a pleasant cafe experience! My experience today was a major let down but I still visit your establishment in other locations and I am afraid Wrexham has to be the Worst! Regards AJ Pugh...

I used to be put off by the scary druggies that used this place. And I used to feel very sorry for the staff having to clean up after them. Nice to see small things like coded locks on the toilet does has dealt with the problem. Much more pleasant now!
