Poor customer service on a Saturday. Staff were not helpful to my query and she was not interested when she found out I don't bank with them. On ringing my own bank , found out I had been wrongly advised. Will not be investing my money in Barclays and will be swapping my wife's bank account from Barclays today,due to the experience. Just because people don't bank with you, treat everyone the same. The average person shares poor customer service with 10 people. Also, many more will read this.

odd layout that doesn't really make any sense. no one seemed available to offer help, and the one person who was around wasn't very friendly or at all helpful when approached. ended up waiting around for a long time before being ushered into a room with an assistant to deal with my query.
