Story

Established in 1996 we are a family owned award & winning small West Country café chain who pride ourselves on serving outstanding coffee & tea as well as creating delicious, feel good & affordable meals. Our ethics are incredibly important to us & to the running of our cafés. We aim to source ethically sound products from local suppliers & we use only free range meat and eggs in our meals. All our milk is 100% organic & we offer either fairly traded or ‘relationship’ coffee. We are of course very family friendly.

Over all I'm very impressed with this place, on entry you're greeted by some very helpful staff. Trying to think of what to order for lunch when there is so much lovely cake in view was hard 😀 but in the end I ordered the mozzarella & chipotle toasted sandwich with sweet potato fritters. I wasn't disappointed, the fritters were amazing and the toasty was the biggest I'd had(I actually had trouble finishing it). I think £8.85 with complimentary water is a fair price for the standard of food and service. There is a child's area with toys and books, and it's good to see that it's dog friendly too. Thank you we will be back 😀

Quality visit! Had eggy bread and corn bread! Both amazing. Good selection of teas and coffee! Great atmosphere. Attentive staff! See you guys soon!

Quite expensive for the quality of food , and despite having loads of staff working the eating area dirty plates were left on tables for considerable times. I wouldn’t recommend Boston Tea Party as simply over priced for the food and the place is quite dirty. Worcester has loads of alternative tea shops you could try.

There a certain things such as milk and white sugar that weren't given automatically like in other cafés. However service was friendly, pleasant and reasonably quick. Everything we ordered was nice and tasty. Overall a nice experience.
