Oh my god...do not take notice of anything that the goon says,assuming all pensioners are copper hoarding! If you take a look at his other reviews he is constantly moaning,the old,the polish etc etc! Some people moan for moaning sake! Some cheese with that whine???

Moved to the Halifax last year when the HSBC closed.  The Halifax made it such a easy process not one problem did we encounter.  And great service to. 
Well done to all the team.

Disappointing that no longer open until 5pm.  Admittedly I do not need to visit the bank regularly, but when you work full time, 0930-1630 are not great hours!
