Turned up at 21.40pm to drop off a Amazon return and was politely told they stop accepting Amazon returns at 21.00pm because they don't have the staff even though there website says till 22.00pm.nThen went to pay for my food and not 1 person on a till so I had to use one of them self checkout things which I hate.nBad management.
Worst supermarket in Southport for collecting trolleys. I always have to go in search for one in the carpark. Come on Asda, get it sorted !
Southport branch, visit Mon 27/01/25. Not good service on the self scan at 08.25amnI dont like the self scan, i asked for help, she didnt want to know. I had bottles of spirits which she would have needed to take off the security tabs anyway, i asked for help to be told just put them through and i,ll come back. Explained i wanted help she said use the Till point then, i said there was only one open and a queue of people with full trolly waiting. Just wasnt interested so l left items and went Morrisons.
Love shopping here but yesterday was so disappointed. I always buy my Christmas Turkey crown a week before but yesterday the ones they had , had already been frozen and were thawing out. I could not buy to refreeze and too early to thaw before Christmas Day. Ended up having to buy a small Turkey breast pack. I always praise your Turkey Crowns but not this year.
The disabled checkout is rarely open even when shop is busy. Like most times 1 maybe 2 checkouts open .
