Morrisons New Brighton Manager and staff were amazing today. Santa has arrived at Premier Care/Cera Care thanks to their support and generosity. Service was outstanding!
It's not cheap, they usually only have one till operating forcing you to use the self check out unless you like to spend a long time waiting in a queue. Overall though they have a fine selection of items, the staff are nice and friendly and with the loyalty card called the MORE card you can grab a few bargains. I wish they would sort out their coffee shop and have a set opening time, it seems to open at random times between 9.30 and 10.30 but there is a Costa and Starbucks a minute or so away.
Unbelievable. We ordered a hot breakfast on the self service machine only to be told they don’t have hot breakfasts on with no explanation as to why. When we were told we can get refunded it took us almost 20 minutes to get the refund. It’s like businesses don’t want people’s money and then they wonder when their profit margins are down. No sign up or anything to say no hot breakfast by this point the self service till had been switched offn- at least 10 other people walked in after hot food so that’s another £100 down the drain for Morrisons. Madness!
Went for cooked chicken nobody at hot food bar asked a lady off deli and she says o it's shut. And turned her back then started talking to the other lady .a other member if staff told one of them to serve the lady before me the looks of the counter assistant when I asked to be served .
It's not the cheapest of supermarket's but there's loads in here Inc/customer's, with it always being really busy every time I've gone shopping here .nnAs well as the supermarket there's a butchers, fishmongers & bakery aka/Morrisons Market Street which is always a bonus...,,.nPlus there's a café for a hot cuppa or bowl of soup to warm you up, on a cold day in New Brighton ‍
