Managed to choose a few items from the limited food items. Arrived at check out to be met with closed signs only option self scan. As an untrained unpaid check out operative I tried to scan my items some of the items would not scan. Eventually gave up and took unpaid redundancy needless to say I will not be returning. Managed to obtain items from a manned till at Sainsbury's.
I wanted to personally thank one of your store colleagues today called James, he was so helpful when I asked him for help to find items for my Chinese themed meal, he was happy to run all over the store for me checking in the fresh and frozen sections and coming to find me with updates each time. Pure dedication and excellent customer service which is hard to find these days! Please commend James as he is a credit to your store, and a few kind words of recognition go a long way for staff morale. Thanks for doing all you can and making my shopping experience and my day better James, much appreciated
Morrisons Maghull is a fabulous store, entrance has a huge selection of fresh flowers fruit and veg, excellent meat and fish counter, the staff are always helpful and friendly, parking can be a bit cozy at busy times, there are multiple disabled spaces right outside the front door and the store is just a 2 minute walk from Maghull square
Very bad service here today. I went in before 8pm first thing I noticed was it looked a mess, I couldn't believe that the security guard was clearing items of the self-service tillsnShelfs were very empty, counters were all shut down. Couldn't even get any chicken breast fillets. This seems to be a regular part of this shop. No wonder people have started to shop elsewhere. All you hear is customers moaning about lack of items. YOU CAN'T SELL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT THERE results in lack of choice or unavailability of products. I am sure that the reports confirm this. Oh by the way the store opening times says till 10PM. I have added photos to view. A big let down.......
This is a smaller/medium-sized Morrisons but has all of the main items you would expect. The tills were quite busy and there are a limited number which made things a little slower. Parking is free outside up to 2 hours.
