Ordered and delivered loft insulation and timber from the south woodham branch of Travis Perkins. Dealt with Tom who took the order and received a thoroughly polite, professional and conscientious service throughout, from taking the order over the phone, calling me back when he said he would, to the delivery where the driver Gordon couldn't be more helpful with unloading. Highly recommended

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were ignored for what seemed an age and everyone we interacted with could not be bothered in the slightest.nI have been in retail for forty years and have never come across anything like it.nWe left and immediately travelled to Maldon and tried PGR the contrast could not be clearer. Excellent service, polite knowledgeable staff, needless to say we placed our order several hundred poundsand will continue to use them in the future.nThe best advice I can give would be go to PGR and see how it should be done.
