Terrible, you have to pay to park just to go shopping?! Imagine if you don't find what you were after you just wasted money for nothing. Supermarkets make millions in profit do they really need to rip us off like this like they do with over priced paper bags?
I am visiting the area and wanted to do a week's worth of shopping at ASDA. I have NEVER had to pay to park at an ASDA anywhere else in the UK. As I had no change on me for the parking machine which does not accept credit cards, I left and went to Sainsbury's. ASDA lost my custom. How dumb is that?
Very large open car park and it's free.
Plenty of spaces and cheap parking. Close to the center and all shops.

Over the festive season as expected car park at Asda is difficult to find a space. Although it says 3 hrs, no parking attendants, so there was lots of people parking in disabled parking without displaying a badge. Come on people, it costs 50p an hr to park and if you spend over a £5 you get it back when you hand over tickets. There's not that many spaces for a disabled driver or a driver with disabled passenger. Parking attendants handing out fine might solve the issue.
Plenty of space. Pay at meters 50p or £1 for up to 3 hours. If you spend £5 or over you get the parking charge refunded. You are not confined to shopping in Asda you can get access to all the Livingston shopping malls from there.

Not bad as far as car parks go. It has spaces, they weren't all used. No complaints there. Don't go out of your way to visit, but if you're in the area it could be worth a look.
