Shocking service from a shop that have staff with an attitude that they are doing you a favour. Took my 4 year old child to get a named cardigan for her first day at school. Being my first child to go to school and first time I'd been to shop I advised what school she would be attending and accepted  the cardigan they stated was correct. First day at school arrives and I recieves a phone call from head teacher advising this was not the correct logo for the school. Today I have returned to the shop who point blank refused to exchange it for correct one. Very poor service it is bad enough that parents are forced to purchase named uniform from one set place but if that's the case staff should at least ensure they are providing correct items. A course in customer services wouldn't go amiss especially in current times when families can ill afford to be paying out twice for something  that was not their error.

Great service  great staff knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for the lady who served me. I went to purchase my grandaughters uniform as her mom was poorly and got everything i needed in one shop, including shoes and school bag. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure to shop.

Visited this store which I wasn't happy from the second I stepped in the shop. Younger staff member was rude walked off and helped other customers whilst I was waiting. Had to ask for advice whilst I was at till paying for purchase. When spoke to older member of staff who was serving me. I told her I have not received any help unlike other customers that were in the store. She didn't seem bothered. Will not step foot in here again. Disgusting customer service

I recently went into store to get my child’s uniform ready for September, the staff were very polite and friendly and asked if I needed any assistance. They helped me get everything I needed including school shoes and made the visit effortless. I will definitely visit the store again the next time I need school uniform.

Every time I visit this shop they never have any stock, the staff are rude and look miserable making them unapproachable. I was ignored today in store several times whilst other people were helped, management is poor.

I recently visited the store and found the staff to be really helpful and knew everything I needed for my grandson to start school in September. I was able to purchase everything I needed in one trip including shoes and a character bag. Will visit again

Needed a uniform for my son starting high school. Walked in the shop not really knowing what items were needed but that wasn't an issue for the staff. A lady called Beth helped me and gave me advice on what was needed. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and even went out in the pouring rain to go and get extra stock/sizes for us. While we were waiting for Beth to come back, Kate the manager came over to talk to us to make sure we were okay and she spoke to us about the uniform we were purchasing. After visiting this shop I am a lot more confident and informed about the uniform my son needs. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning when my son needs bigger sizes.

Great experience when getting my child's uniform, prompt service, very focused and informed staff insuring I was able to get everything I needed, which I did! The staff were all friendly and very helpful i will defo be back for next lot of uniforms I need amd will be recommending this shop to all my mum friends

An hour waiting outside, and I was a lucky one, then to queue again inside when needed to pay . Some people had waited much longer. Staff were run off their feet,thankfully still friendly and helpful. Even though moved location, shop is still extremely small,considering all the schools they cater for. Staff have to run to a different location to check if they have the size you want, if it isn't in the store. Would make much more sense to have a staff member in the stock area , using phones to communicate to do this for them . That members of staff could be serving someone whilst this is happening. Cannot fault the staff but team organisation is needed .

Went into store in July to purchase uniform, I had to order the coat in as they don't keep them in store and was informed I have to pay first which I did. Filled out the forms with all contact details on.. 8 weeks later I call for an update to be told they didn't have it and don't think it has been ordered but would get a call back later that day with an update. Surprisingly I didn't receive a call back so called again the following day to be told they cannot order it as it is out of stock and they are struggling to get it in. So they are happy to keep my money but are incapable of providing any decent customer service.
