Absolutely useless. NEVER AGAIN. Waited 45 minutes for a click and collect shop to be brought out. Had to go in to customer service desk to be told the click and collect girl didnt have her headset on. 0 accountablity, no apology. Had 2 kids in the car. Having used this service at other branches and never waiting more than 5 minutes this is clearly a problem local to this branch. Managed to turn a great service offerring into a shambles. Will never shop here again. Avoid like the plague.
I promise you dont bother trying to uber eats order this branch they always leave you waiting over an hour with multiple different drivers then eventually it gets cancelled anyway. If you try to contact them it never gets through. Ive been on the phone with another branch thats tried to get in contact with them and even they couldnt. Ridiculous.
A 1 star rating is being generous! Visiting the store first thing on a Sunday you would expect at least some scan and go scanners to be available, having been on charge all night but no. So resorted to the app, which failed half way round the store.. annoying but not the end of the world.nnHowever, the biggest issue at this store is poor management. I can go to Tesco or Morrisons on a Sunday and the shelves are stacked and all stock at the front of the shelves. The same cannot be said for Asda; there were people on their knees reaching to the back of shelves to see and reach stock, this is madness. Several times during my visit I lifted unopened surplus products from the top and restocked the shelves myself.nnThere were cages of cardboard and unloaded pallets all over the place, making the small isles even more difficult to navigate. I still spent over £100 in store but ended up in Morrisons to complete my shop.nnThis Asda is a disaster area and management need to brush up on their service skills.. it’s not rocket science!!nnThe staff are mostly really helpful but at times I can see their frustration when customers are clearly disappointed with the state of the store.nnAsda, you need to do better.
0 Stars if I could! I shop here all the time and spend over £1000 a month in here!! Went shopping there yesterday only to see the bleach was leaking at the self check out. We managed to swap this however when I sat in my car i noticed beach stains on my hoodie! I went back inside and the lady said they need the receipt. Who keeps an old receipt for a jumper they have had for over 6 months? I said i don't have the receipt but I can show you the exact jumper which is still online, She said yes that's fine. At the time there was no reception inside so we said we will come back tomorrow with the screenshot. Came back today and some bloke who was so rude said they cant refund unless i have the receipt!! Hold on a minute, your leaking product ruined my clothes and you wont do anything about this!! Wont be coming back here again that's for sure!! Rude incompetent staff!
Beyond ridiculous!!! Always packed and never have the staff to accommodate and the delivery is even worse!!nnOrdered on Uber eats some simple things , paid for express delivery and I was hosting and needed some extra bits for a few late comers , ended up having 8 drivers turn up wait 10 mins and cancel since Asda hadn't picked the order in 2 hours!!nnIf you can go an extra few minutes up the road I would avoid this place like the plague!! Worst branch that Asda have and the staff tend to be super rude!nnUnfortunately I can't leave zero stars but I would of I could, I would shop somewhere else thats more competent!... disappointing
