Absolutely terrible experience today. An old lady with blonde hair glasses around 70 yrs old was extremely rude and impolite when asking where the freezer isle was this isn't my local store ended up buying "fresh" hit chicken to take home to the kids only to find it was rock hard and completely devoid of any moisture clearly having been left in the heater all day ended up throwing it in the bin kids wouldn't eat it! Sort yourselves out asda bloxwich disgusting attitudes service and products!!
The store is tiny. Couldn't find what I was after, I'm guessing it's not stocked there, but that's fine, I was only passing thru. Staff are very friendly, I would give it 3 stars, but the cleaners there deserve a pay rise. As a cleaner who owns and manages a cleaning business, I can definitely say the cleaners are excellent at their job.
A big thank you to Diane on check out for helping with my scan & go. She saved me going through all my shopping again. A lovely bunch of girls working under stressful circumstances. Many thanx ladies.

Bloxwich, an unsettling place for sure. At least it still has a police station which just goes to show it must be bad. The ASDA is not good. It's quite a strange store to he honest, claustrophobic and dank. I'd never go in it again.
Great for Asda food and produce and reasonable prices. The downside is very remedial people and degenerative people use this store and watch out for large mobility scooters.

Staff here very helpful. Was looking for a birthday cake which was a bit special for a 50th birthday. And wow, found it here. A staff member named Paul helped choose a personal design ,with also a photograph taken from my phone. It was absolutely fantastic. So pleased with it.Thank you Paul ,thank you ASDA.plus,the cost amazingly low for a good sized lovely cake.
Good choice . Good value . Went on the evening so no queues . Great gluten free range
