Knew right from finding out I was pregnant I would travel to Annette’s to purchase my pram. Had a conversation with all three ladies that worked in the shop and each were just as lovely as the other. Very informative about all the prams I mentioned. I was lucky enough to get a great bargain with an ex display pram but even so I wasn’t treated any different to if I was purchasing a pram over the £1000 mark. I was shown the whole pram and how to fold it down and take wheels off etc. it was package nicely and even helped to the car with it. I cannot recommend them enough, it’s so nice to still have a shop you can go to, to test your pushchair out before buying and even better that you receive 5* customer service. I know I will definitely travel back to purchase my stroller and some of the beautiful clothes that were there. Thank you for a great experience.

Went to this shop on a whim today with my mother after shopping around locally and at larger stores looking at prams … we was blown away the moment we walked in. The shop is set out beautifully - the choices of prams are, in my opinion, the best and most gorgeous ones I’ve seen. Annette was very friendly and knowledgeable - we loved the personal shop experience we had. Even the clothes and little bits throughout the shop were gorgeous. I could of gone bankrupt today easily. Thank you so much for your help and I am extremely happy to be purchasing through you. You are an absolute credit and it’s a pleasure to support a local business. xx

My husband and I recently visited not knowing a lot about travel systems and no idea where to start! Annette and Nancy were so helpful and demonstrated a range of pushchairs to show the benefits what would be more useful to us etc. They were both so well informed and patient and really helped us make our final decision. I cannot recommend these ladies enough especially if this is your first time and you are unsure. Visited Anette’s Pram Shop recently and was met with Annette who was very helpful.  As first time parents and no other children in the family for 12 years my wife and I were unsure what brands were good and reliable. The internet will simply tell you what you want to hear or want you to pay through the nose.  As soon as we spoke to Annette we felt at ease, she listened to what we wanted, what we thought/felt we needed and advised us what style and features would be best for us to use.  Annette has a very good knowledge in her field both of the products and the competition locally. Whilst the pram we have come away was by far and away the best we had seen it was Annette’s helpful way that made sure we went back to her to buy a pram from her shop  Can’t wait to get our little bundle of joy into it! We visited Annette's after seeing them at the Baby Show earlier in the year and wanting to purchase a Venicci pram system from them.  From the show right through to collection we can't fault Annette and her team for the fantastic service and friendly approach they give you. Plenty of advice is always at hand and after visiting the shop we realised just how much they stock and also ordered another item that we needed.  I would highly recommend Annette's Pram Shop and simply can't thank them enough for everything they have done!

Annette is amazing. She always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Her knowledge of her products is amazing, and it shows that she is passionate about her shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

Annett comes across as very "know it all" and judging just by your appearance and will speak down to you like you cannot afford items in her shop appears that a few people have experienced this from their feedback. Will certainly not be purchasing from her in the future and glad I walked away before purchasing anything on my visit! First and last time going there.  Also very few prams on the shop floor to view and test and quite overpriced clothing for what it is.

Went to Annettes today to go and find our baby girls pram, we had an idea of what pram we would like, Annette had it in store showed us it and we fell in love straight away she explained really well on how to change the base and how to put the pram down and everything else we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!! We cannot wait now to fetch it and set it up

Came into Annette’s shop last Saturday I can honestly say she Annette her self was amazing explained everything when it came to the pram even included my children which was lovely I cannot wait to order pram with you come for further baby stuff Thankyou again

Brought my sons pram3 years ago from this shop and still going strong visted again yesterday not knowing what I wanted Annette was very helpful and patient with me lol it was a hard decision but got there in the end Thankyou again
