Customer service I recieved was shocking, no one wanted to serve me.

They left oil marks on my door handles, they told me my car was fine yet was the exact same as when I took it in, I’ve since been to another garage where they fixed the problem for me.

They even had the cheek to take stuff out of my car, may only be sweets they look but the principle of taking my property is not on.

Won’t be going back!

Took car in for full service no oil leaks spent over £500 and brought it home husband arrives checks car over window wipers shredded so not checked took it for a run got back home parked up then went to go out again oil all over the drive checked oil stick very little oil in car now as a Sunday husbands got to get taxi to work and will expect a call from area manager covering Bloxwich branch got to say used them a lot never had cause to complain before but I think this is not a minor problem
