I never had the chance to reach the sales team. I left a message and have yet to receive a callback. I am looking for a replacement desk light... I tried to reach the shop in person, but it was closed during normal opening hours for renovation...Hope to get in touch with the staff one day.
If you can get through to them on the phone then you must be truely gifted. They rarely pick up the phone, have not responded to emails and have an annoying message whereby they indicate that their staff are busy helping others. Why is it then that every department has this same issue. Also let's not forget that I bought £700 lights from them in October 2023 and they still have not delivered some 3 months later.
Needed some new lighting for a major home renovation project. Love Artemide products, very cool and stylish. Love the service from the Artemide GB team too. Specifically Aga who was fantastic at helping me choose the lights I needed. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and super helpful and responsive to my queries. Products were delivered promptly and Aga even followed up to make sure everything had been delivered and if there was anything more she could do. Five star service!
Nobody picks up the phone and orders take ages to arrive 8-10 wks for a small lamp! if they even bother to ship them after chasing several times. Save yourself the time, money and headache and shop at another brand.
The store was closed, the site didn't advice it.
They have a fantastic service, are passionate about their products and most helpful. We had our 12 years old Tizio lamp repaired and they provided a brilliant service, they could answer all our questions and advised us in a great way on new products. The wonderful team is knowledgable, polite and very supportive. We highly recommend them.
Contacted Artemide asking the question of whether I could get spare parts for my 20 year old Talo wall lights which due to a wiring fault had stopped working. Fully expected to be informed that it was impossible to source parts and new lamps were the only option. To my surprise I received a very prompt response stating that they would contact factory and low and behold replacement parts are available and now have been ordered. I am so grateful as my wife and I love the Talo wall light and are delighted with Artemide for supplying spare parts. Could not ask for better service. Thanks to Rob and Sofia for your help!
Great After care provided by Rob, went above an beyond to ensure my lamp used to its fullest potential. Would have no problem recommending both the lamp and the Service from Rob and his team.
Avoid this shop they sold me a damaged lamp. Still waiting on refund after 2 months.
Stock taking in the first week of January, this is 2018 but still o.k. as i should have called despite webpage not being up to date. But now no response on the phone either since I wanted to ask whether spare part is available or not. Seems very little customer service at all if the answering machine only provides the shop opening hours. One star for having a phone but not manning it is too generous!
