Place looks great, food is good with reasonable prices but service needs improvements. Waitress never checked back on us if everything was alright with the food or we would like some more drinks. After we finished no one came to collect the dishes. We did really fancy some desserts and a coffee after all but no one around to ask for it. And then you expect tips, for what? tips for food but not really for service. Anyway left without the desserts and grabbed some ice cream on the way back home.

Was taken to lunch here during a business trip to London. Really great restaurant with fast and polite staff. Recommended.

I will start on a positive note. Aromat is one of the best eastern europe cousine specific restaurant in the area. Cooked warm food, a variety of recipes, big sized portions, friendly staff(Sylvia is nice) and few of "granma's pantry" products to buy on your way out. What I don't like in pubs and restaurants across UK: music is bad or none. Aromat included. Another thing I didn't love about this place is the cold. A nice warm traditional fireplace would have make alot of difference and it goes well with the cottage style decorations. Cold inside, is one of the main reasons I don't go there more often.

Massive portions, friendly staff, good prices. However food was warm not hot. Over all 4 out 5 stars.
