Delivery driver wouldn’t deliver to the flat despite me putting a note in the order to bring to my floor because I was home alone with 2 little children and paying £2.50 delivery charge. Order was accepted with that note The manager’s excuse was his drivers got parking tickets before and they don’t risk it anymore. The driver’s excuse was covid. A - as a delivery driver you have a certain time allowance to deliver goods. Even if you get a ticket, you have proof to get it cancelled. B - Parking where I live is on private land and same applies if you get a ticket. C - it was after 6:30pm and on street parking was free. They make you pay for a service and they don’t provide it. Ridiculous
Amazing! The delivery guy was great he called us before he came to arrange the delivery.
Really poor service and even worse communication. Our order said it was out for delivery and we waited one hour and twenty minutes for it to be delivered. We rang Dominoes Slough twice to find out what was going on and both times they told us completely different stories. The delivery driver said he was trying to call us and he hadn't.
I have been a repeated customer to this store and had very very bad experience today, right from order to delivery. I chose for card payment while ordering and bank gateway confirmed payment successful. But the order summary said payment failed. I used 2 cards and same result. Then I completed order by choosing cash payment. Driver arrived 10 minutes late and delivered wrong order. He then went back to bring the order from previous customer and still gave me wrong items. When I called back driver about wrong delivery, he said he is gonna come back with my correct items and never returned. I had to settle with the stale pizza. Such bad service.
What a horrible experience with regards to order # 474528627. The delivery guy does not know the meaning of customer service. He completely ruined the whole experience of ordering from Dominos, so much so I will not be ordering ever again from Dominos. Absolutely appaling behaviour.
They are the best dominos in the UK when it comes to the taste & quality...however their customer service via the telephone could easily be the worst. Potentially due to bad phone connection or perhaps a lack of understanding. It's the only negative about the site - trying to order can honestly make me just want to hang up and order from pizza hut instead just for the ease. No jokes.
Over an hour for delivery. Order was marked as delivered but it didn't arrive. Phoned the store and they told me to wait another few minutes. Manager didn't seem to care. So I now have a cold, late pizza. Won't be using this place again, extremely poor!
I checked on the website and it said my local store served Halal chicken. When I reached the store for collection I double checked with a member of staff to confirm the chicken was Halal & he advised sometimes it is and sometimes not depends on the delivery! I asked if this particular order was Halal or not and was given a shrug of the shoulders no idea!
Ordered a pizza spent £25 and driver never took it inside to the flat, made me go outside in the car park and meet him. Phoned Dominos to ask about their delivery policy and they said this is normal after COVID 19 for around two years now. Extremely poor delivery service will not order from them again. All other pizza places deliver to the door why should dominos be different ?
The pizza there tastes the best! It’s so good and yummy and the delivery drivers are friendly! I would like them to make the pizzas bigger for the large size and for them to add an Xl size :
