I had an amazing experience at Aroma of India! The moment I walked in, I could smell the delicious spices, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The food was incredible—standouts were the Butter Chicken, Lamb Curry, and Chana Masala, Jhol momos, chilli momos. Each dish was packed with authentic flavors, and the Garlic Naan and Saffron Rice were the perfect sides. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back! If you're in London, ON, and craving Indian food, this place is a must-visit.
The food was tasty; we enjoyed the soya noodles and found all the paneer curries to be delicious. The naan was soft and fresh, and we particularly liked the paneer tikka sizzler. However, the service was extremely slow.Food: 4/5
Super disappointed in my order. Butter chicken was absolutely flavourless-- actually, no it had a flavour of 100 percent tomato soup. Very lacklustre. Worse yet, the chicken pieces all had burnt edges, the pieces were very overcooked and tough. Container looked like pure soup because there were only about 6 small pieces of chicken. Honestly, it's insulting. Chicken Tika and chicken 65 were a bit better but not by much. So many Indian restaurants in London recently, and so few taste authentic or worth the money.
Visited on Canada day. Tried manchurian dry -4/5 really good dish. Kadai paneer - 2.5/5 , did not like it, it was too tangy and had less flavour. Paneer also was not that soft. Garlic naan- 3/5 Overall, it felt basic. Will visit some other day and hoping to have a great experience then.
The restaurant has been much better since the last management changed and there are a lot of new items especially Hakka style on the menu! The service was great and food was delicious. The prices were also competitive.Recommended dishesGarlic Naan
We visited for dinner and its the perfect quality and quantity for price you could ask for. The menu options available were vast and there is a food item for everyone’s preference. Our servers, Shreya and Soumya treated us with the best. We had the best soup in all of London. It was the highlight of our dinner. Even their Aroma special handi veg was delicious. Would surely love to visit again
i ordered food on uber eats and they only sent the chicken but not the Naan’s. called the restaurant and they said they will deliver but will charge 15$ as they will call uber to refund me. not only they forgot my food but also charged me 15$ extra for the naans i payed for. worst stingy service ever they are absolutely horrible. will not recommend ordering anything from them.. the manager personally delivered and took 15$. we have all the proof even when the manager personally asked for 15$. will report to uber and lets see you this situation gets handled
The food was really good and authentic tasting. The staff was friendly and had good vibe. And the pricing was on point. Other Indian restaurants in the city are charging way over for what they offer. Must try you wouldn't regret it. 5/5Food: 5/5
My wife and I visited as we were looking for a restaurant near Beale secondary school. We were attending our daughter's dance performance. The place was quite empty when we arrived on a Thursday evening, but got busy shortly after. We will see it quickly and our server was very helpful in helping us pick our dishes. He answered all of our questions with patients. We ordered the vegetable kadai and the gulab. I think the sauce in the kadai was fantastic, striking a good balance between sweetness and spiciness. However there were what I thought to be too few pieces of vegetables. Alberto, for the price point and service, I will come back again.
Food was just decent, it lacked favour. Nans were too thick and not cooked well doneas requested. Service is attentive and food came out quick. Big dine-in area and prices are fair. Parking lot is small so might have to park on street.Food: 3/5
