I recently visited Ark and had an amazing experience. The management was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The drinks were expertly crafted and delicious, adding to the overall great atmosphere. If you're looking for a memorable night out with excellent service, Ark is the place to be!Service: 5/5
NEVER COME HERE unless you want to be assaulted for non justified reason. Came down for a night out and was assaulted for trying to bring DRINKS outside. 4 bouncers for 1 person which is very needed???? These bouncers need to see someone about anger issues or something wrong with them as they start putting people in heads locks and twisting their arm behind their back when they aren't even hitting them back or being aggressive, definitely on a power trip and think they are big men ganging up on individuals. Had comments made towards me when being assault saying you go gym yeh and telling people afterwards I could have kneed him in the face which was unnecessary and felt targeted. My mate who was a different race to me White was treated completely differently and he himself said so. My mate after I was assaulted asked for the bouncers name and SIA badge number and yet they refused to give both, the manager also said the same. As you can see in the picture they didn't have any form of visible ID which PROPER security personnel have and their body camera was off quite conveniently. Bouncers are clearly racist towards certain people. The manager Steve watched as I was assaulted and came up afterwards to tissues as if it was some sort of apology!!!! Police themselves say there are fights here all the time and they themselves wouldn't even come here. This place is a joke, and the other reviews clearly show that after how many complaints and nothing at all has been done regarding the issue.
Great music, engaging DJ’s & welcoming security. Wide variety of bottles and spirits and not to mention the quality cocktails available. The venue features two floors with three rooms of music to suit everyone’s preferences and the atmosphere within the venue is truly like no other in the city Service: 5/5
This is definitely a place to go if you want to create memories. Had the best birthday. All thanks to the amazing staff. I’d recommend this place for any celebration.Service: 5/5
Club was alright, but Went out for a cig wasn't allowed back in. The bouncer had a balaclava on so video recorded him then they snatched my phone I said I will ring the police they was laughing saying what with no phone. After deleting my videos he gave it me back. Very intimidating, I want the bouncers name he's getting done for robbery it will be on camera unprofessional I've got my sia license myself I went to touch his arm to see his license and thought he was going to hit me the way he threw his arm, get in touch what's the point what you guna do my night was ruined just wont be coming back unless to record the muppit in the bally. Also look at the other comments so am not the only one who's had there phone took off them to be deleting things then given back
