We purchased our Bathroom here about 3 years ago. The lady was very helpful and very keen to complete the deal, that was made ? Saying that the deal was more or less ,had to finalised that day. When the payment was going through she then started to explain about the delivery and how it was our responsibility to make ourselves available all day for the delivery then to check every single item to make sure it was not damaged? If we didn't we could not exchange any faults after that day. Lucky enough I was available to do this and the only problem we did have was damaged tiles on a further delivery ? 3 weeks down the line the toilet seat broken? When I phoned up to ask for a replacement she did not want to know? Saying it was only a toilet seat and I could buy another, they could brake any time was the answer and a new one would Not cost much ? Not too impressed!!! Just glad it was only that what broken. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not be returning myself to be honest.

Lindsay very helpful and good at her job. Insisted we order immediately and we did. Exceeded our budget by not being able to supply all we wanted leaving us with items still to buy but no money. Slow her down if you can.

Failed delivery on Weds 15th May 2013. Missed van by less than five min, just walked across road to get kids and back. Despite ringing delivery company van driver not willing to return and deliver despite being last drop of day. Received three rude phone calls to my wife from store staff telling my wife off regards delivery. Telling us we were costing the store £50 Waited in house for twelve hours on Friday for second delivery attempt, which has never occurred, not impressed! I now have to collect at my expense. Store claims attempted delivery at just after 6PM Friday, this did not occur.
