Bought a watch. Returned very next day, simply faulty. Wanted to exchange for more expensive one. Sales person asked me for new watch number, which I didn't know at the time, but was expecting they have access at the till. So ended up with a refund, went to check item number from a catalogue, waited in a queue again and bought new watches. Time wasted thanks to lazyness of this person.

Only one cashier on, was a 10 minutes wait even though it was quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. Searching for product was difficult as seemed slow system and not responding to touch on the screens plus item's not in stock

Good shopping but usual traffic mayhem. Probably the worst traffic system in the country.
