Really helpful staff and I was a satisfied customer - until I received my e-receipt followed by a customer satisfaction survey. I needed a receipt for VAT purposes, but the receipt contained no reference to VAT. So I thought that completing the survey would give me the chance to raise this, but I abandoned the survey because I really don't have the time or inclination to plough through over 30 questions, many of which were repetitive and overlapping. What was really annoying was the fact that the survey was restricted to these specific questions and gave no opportunity for the customer to provide their own chosen feedback. Apparently, you are only interested in what YOU want to hear, not  what your customers might want to say.
So in conclusion, apart from needing a receipt showing VAT, I was very satisfied - until I got the satisfaction survey!

went into Argos and instead of the usual grunt and what do you want sort of attitude the young chap was very polite and most helpful, I actually thanked him for being so helpful and said it was so unusual
