Very nice staff and clean store with generally good quality produce. A couple of comments. Please bake the baguettes a bit longer as they are often doughy and undercooked. When avocados say 'ripe and ready to eat' please make sure they are. Dissapointing to get home and find them rock hard which has happened on numerous occasions

This is a convenient store for basic shops, has a fairly good range of fresh, pre packed and frozen goods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking but gets very full at peak time but haven't failed to park when I've been. It has a fish counter and in store bakery. Small home goods selection and toilets as well. Don't let the super store name fool you into thinking it's bigger than it is.

This is a relatively small Tesco but as Ledbury is not a big town it is adequate. The car park is correspondingly smaller and by it's size I guess it would fill up on some days. The store has toilets which were clean and perfectly acceptable when I visited. The shop stocks most of the necessities for running a home but doesn't have much in the way of homeware or clothes. You'd need to visit a larger store for these things. There is also no coffee shop in store.

Very low on stock today, not just bread and milk but meat shelves were near empty among many others. Generally good but still amazes how the supermarkets can run out of certain items for a few days.

Tesco is great, but the reason I give 4 stars is that me and my fiancé had a bad experience today in there. We did our food shopping in Tesco as same as every each weekend we do. This time we felt really disturbed and annoyed by one of the employees in there. We had wine and beer in our cart and when we went on the pay desk we’ve been asked for ID. This is okay and I don’t mind it, but the way we’ve been asked was really awful, the approach pathetic... What I’m talking about is the girl on the desk was young and looks like this is her first job and she called somebody to check our ID’s which is brilliant and as I said I agree with this she did her job perfect. The lady who came to us to check the ID’s was nervous and she came and said “Can I have your ID’s”, yes just a moment I said. Then she asked two more times for the ID which happened just after I told her to give me a moment until I take the ID’s out of my wallet. As I said she was nervous and make us feel like we are doing something wrong and we are under investigation or something? Basically this set me upset and broke my day and not just this, but the good experiences we’ve had in Tesco just vanished. Then after that I asked the girl on the desk where I can mention about this, because I didn’t like this rude service and felt really upset and she said the lady there is from the costumer service. We went to her and I told her why I’m not happy with that and she basically said this is normal... Then I told her well you know, I’m doing every week my food shopping on this place and I will re consider if I’m going to do that again in Tesco, and to be honest I meant it. She said we’ll have a look. I said Okay. That’s all. I’m not really review writing guy, but I felt like I want to do it this time.
