A very small store that lacks the staff needed to attend to customers properly. I always have to wait quite a while to receive items after I've ordered them instore. That said I've never had a defective item here so a middling rating would suffice.
I have never liked this store as the staff are always miserable, or just can't be bothered to be helpful & they always seem to be out of stock of what I need, forcing me to order online or go somewhere else! A small store who especially do not like returns, as my Husband took a faulty tablet back & had a terrible time doing so, they just didn't believe him until they opened it all up & saw for themselves that the battery instantly drained & it kept crashing, but he was not allowed his money back, he was forced to have a replacement that was equally as bad, which is now just thrown in the cupboard as its useless & a waste of £109, but I will not let him, or myself feel awkward & be treated like a low life, it's disgusting customer service & I blame the Manager, as he obviously let's his staff do whatever they want & talk to his people in this way!
Their products are in very good condition and they have good attendance BUT!!! The staff are all over the place they don't know what they're doing half of the time and if you ordered something like skylander traps for example it would come up with the image and when you go to collect it its ends up to be some random one that you already have they are a DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looked at 5 items - all out of stock this not highlighted until I got to the checkout. No expected ‘in stock date’. Please remove items from your site that you are unable to sell.
Great service from a 'meet and greet' young lad. Helped me find what I was looking for straight away. Very pleasant and helpful. Thank you
Unhelpful customer service, long wait times. Best to visit a different branch if you need to return a product or need any support.
All the staff were pleasant and seemed content especially Kayla who was efficient and smiley
didn't have staff to help and the store is small.
