As I walked through the doors I was optimisatic that I would get my items (reservered online) pretty quickly, as there were only a handful of customers in store. In spite of this though, I was queing for over 10 minutes because again, this store looked understaffed and mis-managed. At a head count I made there 3 staff in total: 1 behind the tills and two at the collection points. Once I had finally paid, I then had to wait a further 10-12 minutes before my items came out due to, very flustered looking, rushed members of staff. I would have rated a 2* but as most times, the shopping experience is saved by the friendly and helpful atittude of the staff, all three of them.

Well, it's an Argos. And it's in Catford. So I won't be going there for a romantic dinner or a day out but if I want something reasonably cheaply and to be fairly confident it'll be in stock, I go here. Service is always quick and v chatty/friendly when I go but that is never at weekends.

Considering it's less than 2 weeks until Christmas the store wasn't too busy and my items were brought out within 5mins. The catalogue terminals are incredibly slow however
