This Sainsbury’s is large with lots of parking spaces and has a good range of products. The shop is clean and staff very helpful. My other half and I were looking for peppercorn sauce and couldn’t find any. We then discovered the fresh peppercorn sauce was sold out but the lady even looked for an alternative without us even asking and found a powder version which was great nnThis Sainsbury’s used to have a pharmacy inside but no longer has the pharmacy there which is a shame. Because the pharmacy is gone I’m giving 4 stars. I hope the pharmacy will be back in the future.
The store I use every week is Lee, it's absolutely freezing cold in there and has been for a very long time. It's not a pleasure to shop in there, I don't browse just get what I need and get out. So sad really as it's not always been like this.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of a young Black woman working in the section selling cigarettes and betting cards. She wears high-number glasses and a black head scarf. Over the past two weeks, I have regretted my purchases due to her extremely unpleasant customer service. She does not greet customers, responds rudely, and behaves harshly. Her conduct is unacceptable and has significantly affected my shopping experience. Please address this issue and ensure better behavior from your staff.nnThank you.
Terrible customer service!nThis morning I wanted to buy paracetamol because I have horrible period cramps.nWhen the member of staff checked my ID, she asked me if I had anything else. And I explained her that this is my French ID and this is how they look. She told me she had to check with one of her colleague and left me alone at the cashier for 10min.nWhen she came back she told that she couldn’t accept my ID cause it’s fake. I think she was just being racist. I explained her that in 2021 the French government changed the French ID but that this one was still valid, I even showed her online. But she wouldn’t accept it.nI just wanted to buy paracetamol, and even with my real French ID they wouldn’t let me. I felt really discriminated.nMember of staff should be trained for that! This was unacceptable !
Can you please stop sending in my Uber Order vegetables I can not use???nIs not the first time ! And on my order I had grated cheddar not mozzarella!
