Highly recommend this place Lots of equipment And friendly staff
4 stars so far, only just joined so just getting to know the routine and timetable. There is plenty going in and the people seem friendly enough. I like the flexibility of sessions through the week and they cater for all levels from 1:1 PT group sessions through to elite not that I'm anywhere near that There are also open sessions where you can just rock up and work at your own tempo. We haven't explored the kitchen yet, and it looks like they cover the whole health and exercise spectrum. Always worth a look see if you are looking to step things up a lot. This isn't your regular gym, and believe me the guys know what they are talking about!
Great place to have a serious workout with serious members and trainers who will motivate you.

After leaving my old gym and joining Extream It is was another level. If you are serious about training this is the place for you. You will be greeted with smiles and treated as equals . They will make you train hard. Push u past your comfort zone. But the results speak for themselves. With training you get out what you put in. They help you put in more then you thought you had. You get out move then you thought you could ever imagined. I never had a toned body, abbs type off definition. I look in the mirror now smile at what this place has made me do to myself.
Fantastic gym with great staff. No ordinary gym . Go here and get fit and healthy.
