Probably one of the best shops in the area for giving inspiration on the various display freshwater and marine aquariums on display. Just set up freshwater planted aquarium. Must say that I received considerable amount of help and advice from both Edward and Stu. Extremely pleased with my purchase. As for prices, on the whole competitive but yes in some cases you may get some items cheaper online but what you don't get is the priceless experienced advice. Yes you can get advice online but mixed in with good advice is very poor suspect advice and how is someone who is new to the hobby able to discern the good from the bad which can in the end cost you more in the long run. Beautifully laid out with a wonderful selection of livestock and ancilliaries. The girl in the reptile section couldn't have been more helpful, and the animals were kept fantastically well. The animals couldn't have looked healthier. Prices seemed very reasonable to me. I'd never normally buy an animal from a pet store (which, really, this isn't, it's conspicuously run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts) but I would happily buy from here. Only went in to grab a few bits of cage decor as I was in the area, and was lucky to leave with my wallet intact. Total kudos to them.

Great shop with helpful and friendly staff. Tanks are all clean and fish are healthy. Seen fish there that i have not seen in other stores in the area.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Showroom is clean and tidy and all stock is healthy. All in all a great place to visit and stock your aquarium.

Absolutely the best homed reptiles I have ever seen in a shop, the young lady who cares for them has good knowledge and experience and really took pride in her job
