Catalina is lovely and so friendly. Bikini waxes never feel nice but this was the most painless one I have ever had!! Catalina made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times. I will definitely be returning and be a regular. I’m so glad someone recommended her to me

Booked this salon using a wowcher I had been given as a birthday gift. After emailing, leaving messages on their phone, messaging on Facebook then posting on Facebook they eventually got back to me about 2 weeks later and booked it in, not the best start. This was in a town centre salon, today I had a call saying their address has changed, my treatment was tomorrow so with 1 days notice they want me to go to a house to have the treatment in a less than desirable location - no chance! Appalling service.

Terrible customer service!!!! 
So I booked an appointment and paid by groupon over 8 weeks in advance for a gel manicure for a special occasion. I booked over the phone and realised the member of staff I spoke to forgot to ask for my phone number so I called the following day and a different member of staff informed me there was no booking under my name. So she took my details and re booked for the day I wanted and apologised for the mix up which was fair enough. But 8 weeks later (2 days before my appointment) I get a text message saying my appointment has been cancelled. No phone call and no explanation which I think is not really acceptable considering I booked the appointment 8 weeks in advance. I did try messaging the salon on Facebook but they didn't even reply to me. I had to call groupon myself to arrange a refund and as I only had just under 2 days notice I struggled to find another salon I had to call 5 different salons to find an appointment because it was such short notice. I wish I'd never even bothered booking with this salon as it was a total waste of time.
