BAD EXPERIENCE! On my recent visit I had my nails done with matt finish, asked twice to check if they were dry and was given the OK. Got into my car, put my hands on the steering while and my nails were all smudged (not even 2 minutes after leaving the salon). I just spoke to the manager and they have told me to come in and pay an additional £20 to get them fixed!! (what for?). All they care about is money. No Apology. No sensitivity to the situation of a special very special occasion. SO inconvenient. No loyalty. There is a lack of concentration within the staff. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother. Upsetting when the loyalty is just not appreciated!!!

Worst service I've ever had in any salon. Very rude and unfriendly, nails looks unfinished, eyebrows are totally ruined, I have hair from my head missing from when they got wax in it and then just pulled my hair out! they threaded my eyebrows, despite me constantly telling them that I wanted waxing. Wasn't offered any money off for any mistake and staff were so unfriendly. There are lots of salons in Northampton, AVOID this one

My white nails went brown after less than 24hrs - no refund, no apology and no prior warning. Won't be going again.
