Mispriced items making it impossible to do a card transaction

Great local shop, majority of staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic selection of products including bakery goods from local bakers Barry's Bakery, fresh meat from premier meats, also very good instore offers

Wide range of products, pay point lottery cashpoint. Also sell selected range of co-op ranges good selection of beers spirits and wines. Staff friendly wheelchair access everything you can expect from more st nisa locals

I had an accident here on Wednesday morning, I stood on a broken glass bottle, which the glass went through my trainer in to my foot. An passer by went to Nisa for help for me, not one of the staff members came out to see if I was OK or not. Didn't even call for an ambulance  did nothing at all. Even though staff came in and out back and forth to their other business across the road Gills fish and chip shop

Worst Owner I've seen in a store, shouting at staff in front of customers embarrassing to watch. however the staff working for him were so friendly and helpful just a shame they have to work for him!

Handy large sized off-licence, grocers, and general dealers, with dedicated parking bays out front. Very useful for local residents, but for those driving, Dunston Aldi may well be cheaper.

Nisa does have some good deals if you look for them not just what's in there little pamphlet but some of there regular stuff is pretty pricey, unfortunately there Atm is nearly £2 to use.

Terrible rude staff/owner. Much prefer lifestyle express on the corner with friendly staff and good offers

Long opening hours, good selection for the shop size, quite cheap beer and alcoholic drinks in general.
