I use this Apple store often and have always been well looked after by the staff who are very knowledgable about the products. I have used the genius bar a few times and have had my issues resolved quickly and usually for free. The staff are always smiling and seem enthusiastic about the products. I recently took advantage of a photography session in the store and really enjoyed it. Apple know how to do customer care the right way.

I don't know why people have so much grudge and negative feedback on this branch.

I have been using it for years and never had any problem.

They are very professional, extremely helpful and know what they are doing.

It can get a little busy at times but that's not something they have any control over.

Thank-you for your help and assistance.

Probably one of the best apple stores in the area.

Excellent service with courteous and friendly staff for Genius Bar appointments. I've never had a problem with anyone in this branch. They've gone above and beyond to help me on four occasions now. Always satisfied. Thank you.

First class service. I went to get help, but without making an appointment.  I was helped by Holly, who was charming, patient and knowledgeable. She sorted out both my iPad and phone in no time. Thank you for a great service.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.   Made an appointment to see the tech help to fix my iPhone.  When I turned up the Tech guy wasn't available, so another member of staff 'helped'.  They listened to what I had done, pronounced it broken and picked up the phone (first time) to take the serial number.  Then told me to buy a new one, great 10 minute consultation.  Wow... I think maybe I am qualified to work Apple tech support now.....
