I called in to book my iPhone 6S Plus for a battery replacement as well as look into the camera shake. The experience over the phone right through to the booking process right through to dropping my phone into store, informed of the waiting time, pop into store and picking it up was effortless and smooth. The Apple reps I came into contact with were professional and friendly. They even waived the camera replacement fee which was great of them to do - Thank You Apple. Another tick box why I am staying with you - thanks team 😊🍾

DO NOT USE THIS APPLE STORE. GO ELSEWHERE. What terrible customer service. Bought a phone. Misplaced my scarf. The manager couldn’t give two bits and wouldn’t help me at all. It was all smiles during the sales but they didn’t care less when I lost the scarf as they claimed to be too busy. Will never go back. It’s clear from other reviews this sort of service is not unusual here. One bad apple ruins the crop? Special mention goes to the manager of this store. Couldn’t have been less helpful, rather unpleasant to deal with and made me feel like s41t for taking up his time. Suspect this approach filters down through the staff in this store. Still genuinely upset about the experience two weeks on. SORT IT OUT APPLE. UPDATE: Two months after emailing this store they got in touch via email and asked to call me.. It transpires they had the scarf all a long. I had already replaced this expensive item. At least they posted it back so I now have two. I was tempted to upgrade this store to two star but they should really cover the cost of the second scarf in my eyes, so I will leave it at 1.

Always a slightly strange experience. So desperate to be amazingly modern and up to date - including the ability/necessity to book an appointment on line in advance - yet always a wait when you get there. Eleven staff on the shop floor but then a feeling of slight chaos and three different people eventually trying to serve you at once. Still, they only charge £25 for an iPhone battery now - thanks to people protest power.

Appalling telephone service, waited on the phone for more than 20 minutes each to have my call cut off at the end without talking to an advisor or an apology, during which I forced to listen to songs I don’t like. It cost me money and time to waste on those two calls and made me feel very regrettable that I have an apple phone and that I had to beg for assistance. Do not be surprised that you are losing customers by millions because of your dishonesty and the same if not better services and devices are becoming extremely available from other companies.

It is quite surprising to read many negative reviews about this Apple Store after personal experience and the effort with different staff they put in with each item. The review for general staff, waiting time and service for server item damage (Mac Pro) is being compared with another apple store and the reviews for this branch. Total staff encountered: 3 technicians in shop, 2 technicians on phone and 10 shopfront staff for 3visits in 18 days. (and encountered 1 customer) Shopfront Staff 8 out of 10 staff had extensive patient to listen and understand the situation before suggesting appropriate procedure for further service. They answered extensive answers, compared models, knowing the need from customer before purchase, although business speech was included to attempt to sell more expensive item before match customer's need. Others had smile and the casual approach and speech to customer but maintained seriousness to proceed the purchase and refund. One staff assumed the requested customer service twice after repeating the required service. One listened and pretended service had requested until customer seek for other staff for help. Staff conducts and from other store are very casual without suit and tie seriousness service. They speak with staff in shop does not mean they are unprofessional but creative people, being friendly and easy to speak with. The atmosphere of absolute seriousness and no encounter between staff in shop during work is not their style. Waiting Time I waited at least 1hour and 40mins without booking to speak with a technician at Kingston Store. With online booking to visit other stores also waited from 15 to 30 minutes to speak with staff. These scenarios are not only from one branch but branches. If the actual purpose of booking is to shorten the waiting time but not being on the exact time, there shall not be the fact of issue. If it is indeed the fact to be on time like train and flight timetables on time, all Apple Store shall improve the service but not only biased on one branch. Yet I have not seen the scenario after the online booking and wait for 2 hours. Technician service After waiting time, technician at Genius Bar understood the detail of damage to test the computer from the shopfront to the back of the store. The total time to check for damage was 2 hours. it demonstrates the technicians spent time to examine delicate IT product to ensure the item information is correct to the customer. Besides, customer might get emotional due to the damaged item which took time for the staff to wait till customer is comfortable to speak. They could be the reasons of delay to extend waiting time. Without delay and waiting time to rush and provide incorrect information and disrespect the need for customer might be worse than just to wait for accurate advice. One technician gave me a cuppa water (got blue apple sign on the mug) to calm down. One asked me to speak with them when ready and no need to make instant decision for repair. One had general speech to confirm the repair. They understood the feeling from customer. They displayed and mentioned verbally about their genuine respect to the product that we owned. They mentioned every technician has tested different parts of the computer to ensure it would be all fixed before returning it to me. They do not promote to purchase but tried to fix items unless too expensive or impossible to fix. They treat technological product with great dignity. their service conduct might different to the shopfront service tactic. I sincerely respect their ethic in this store. (image shows the 3 years and 8 months Mac Pro seal and the quote that I could not peel off for repair. They respected my decision and kept it on to check the damaged parts inside for me.) Limitation: the review might not be comparable to other's experiences who were willing to purchase accessories, repair parts of the phone or MacBook or other financial issues with the branch.
