Great gym. I've been to 15 Anytime Fitness locations in the UK, and this one is right up there with the best. I went late in the evening (at about 9pm): it wasn't too busy. Good vibes. Good energy. A lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this gym: the layout is perfect and, throughout, thoughtful; the equipment is clean; and, it is directly opposite Cosham station. It is also the first time in any AF location that I have seen a unilateral shoulder press machine AND free weights which go up to 60 kg! (50 kg is the standard in most locations). I forgot my headphones, but the music in there was really amazing. Plenty of changing facilities as well, and a well-stocked vending machine. I think that the gym could be improved by having a hack squat machine (but there are still plenty of squat racks); the Smith machine (think that's what's it called) needs to be pushed forward a little bit more, and it would be cool to have a Glute Press machine. Apart from that - a solid gym. :-)

Small but has everything you need including a good sized studio. Also, very close to transport links if you don't drive - has a car park if you do. Well valued for what you get! Clean and staff are very helpful too.

Great Gym, love the facilities. A little small during busy periods/ after work but perfect every other time👍
