My wife and I have really enjoyed our time here. Cam and Nolan have been great and really look after you. There is a great friendly atmosphere here and no matter what your ability you will not feel out of place. Highly recommended!

Great place with a great atmosphere. The coaches are great and truly get the best out of you. I can't recommend enough. Leave your ego at the door and you'll love it.

Popped into a open gym session here whilst on a short visit to the IOW. Great box!!! Friendly coaches and will certainly be coming in when next on the Isle of Wight. Very welcoming to anybody, very worth checking out.

My first experience of CrossFit with the talented pair of instructors Nolan and Camilla. Attention to form makes this a safe and exact exercise form - whilst the nature of CrossFit means you leave 'beasted'. A great alternative to the gym as this really feels like a great like minded community of people, supporting each other in becoming fitter and stronger.
