Not great, 3 or 4 different management teams in the 8 months I've been a member, just left as tired of staff changes and drops in consistency, toilets sometimes clean, sometimes not, sometimes if they are dirty the staff have on a few occasions just locked them all up and gone home leaving users in the facility no access to w/c, not really acceptable and never seen this in 15 years of going to diff gyms, staff don't bother chatting unless you are in their little 'click' of class goers etc, word of advise, talk to all your members, engage, don't just ask for 'friends numbers' that you see as potential members, get to know people a little first, I actually got to a point where I'd rush past the office for fear of having to have the 'chat' which was only ever about, ' so come on then have you got any mates that would like to join' Let me train and get of ure lazy **** and go recruit your own members !!! This in the end led me to leave in addition to the soulless and empty atmosphere, something just not quite right with this place, I tried for over 8 months as the equipment is decent but in the end you get the feeling the place has something missing or may close due to hardly no members ever in there, hope you get it sorted - word of advice from someone that been to every kind of gym going for the last 15 years, get your staff to engage with members more, have a Chat, ask if they need help, a spot, had that happened I prob would not have left, oh and try retain staff, members find it a little weird with a new manger and new p/ts every 3 months Plenty of other better value and friendlier places for £26.99 a month, use ure hard earned cash where they actually care

Great gym, good equipment, never busy, and friendly staff. Use whenever I’m in the area and has better and more equipment than my home anytime fitness gym!

Really lovely gym - all new equipment, knowledge and friendly staff. Brill range of classes for all tastes and fitness levels. It's great being able to go when suits my schedule.

Very friendly staff, good range of classes and equipment first class. Great location with free parking. I'm definitely happier now i have joined this gym.
