Had to visit North of England for some business opportunities, after browsing on the usual booking websites, i decided to go for this guesthouse. I do not regret it.Thoroughly enjoyable stay. I almost made the mistake of booking with Expedia but I wanted to check the breakfast options and I found the breakfast was a free upgrade for website bookings so I got a better deal overall on their homepage.

My room was spacious and clean with modern touches eg usb sockets. The wifi was excellent. and the location is great, not far from the sea. Price is friendly, at least compared to what i am used to pay in my country (Switzerland). I look forward to returning.

What a great stay we had at Annies Guest House, Karen loved it, Harry thought it was great and a bonus was having the microwave to cook food.  It made the break on our journey so much easier and we look forward to visiting again.
