Appalling childs packed lunch served today. Stale hard bread with a meagre ammount of ham... mainly gristle. Health and safety!!! I returned the sandwhich to an uncaring unpleasant woman in the kitchen area who  stated  all the sandwiches were  the same.... I asked why she was serving stale bread to children and was told they had supplier problems?????  This was apart from the long waiting time  and lukewarm coffee served. I gave one star for the location. This should be a perfect place to eat with young children. It's  such a shame the owners haven't taken notice of customer reviews.

Disgraceful food. There is no  care or time put into their savoury food. I didn't try the cakes because the sandwiches were so appalling. We ordered a BLT and Egg & Cress. Firstly, the white bread was cheap store bought bread, and if that wasn't bad enough, they used margarine and not butter. Both sandwiches had been thrown together and tasted of nothing. The fries were the same as you'd get from a food truck at a fair.

They are lucky they have a location inside MotherCare otherwise I don't think they'd have a business.

This for me reflects on MontheCare's reputation, that they would allow such poor standards.

If only they had put as much effort into the food as they had their decor.
