One of my favorites. I use this place regular for coffee and snacks and have done so for years. I normally write reviews about every place I've eaten but because this is a regular I forgot all about it. Well where do I start? Everything is of consistently good quality and is always made fresh to order. The coffee is delicious Today I tried an iced coffee and was so pleased I ordered another. Staff are always pleasent and helpful. A particular mention must go to Manda, Lyndsey, and Jean here though all the staff give great service it's just I can't recall the names of them all Lunchtimes can be busy but everywhere is around here but even when the staffs under they still provide a high quality level of service.

Absolutely disgusting service here today. Huge queue for sandwiches and no queue for the till so I obviously assumed I could just go to the till with my bottle of Diet Coke as I was not wanting a sandwich. The woman said I don't know where you are in the queue and I said I hadn't realised I had to wait in the sandwich queue if I wasn't getting a sandwich. Her response "you do like". DISGUSTING ATTITUDE so I said it didn't matter and I'd go elsewhere. Will be taking this further.
